Although I work in many mediums when I create art, oil painting is my first love, followed by working in clay. Being the practical person that I am, I decided to combine my two interested and make a container, or two, to hold my paint brushes.

Their tasting room in Palisade is located on a hill and so when you taste outside you are surrounded by the most amazing views of the valley with Mesa’s and blue sky as far as the eye can see. Down below, you are surrounded by vineyards and peach orchards. For me, It’s a vision of heaven.

Throwback Thursday: Making the Palisade Posh Pillow Series
The idea for the Palisade Posh pillow series all started with me buying a fountain for our urban garden. When folks at the garden store were packing up the fountain for transport, they used old burlap coffee bean bags for padding. When I saw them, I knew I could make something out of them and so the experimentation and exploration began!
