Despite the pandemic (or perhaps in part thanks to it) I discovered the joy of experimental gardening! Basically, I took my approach to creating art and applied it to the garden.

Napkin rings are an important part of dressing a table along with cloth napkins. In my mind, they add a touch of elegance to a table.
Throwback Thursday: Making the Palisade Posh Pillow Series
The idea for the Palisade Posh pillow series all started with me buying a fountain for our urban garden. When folks at the garden store were packing up the fountain for transport, they used old burlap coffee bean bags for padding. When I saw them, I knew I could make something out of them and so the experimentation and exploration began!
Making Stuff: Candles and Candlesticks
One great pleasure for me is dressing tables. Since candles play an important role in a properly dressed table, I thought they would be a good item to have for sale at Palisade Posh. Therefore, I will be experimenting with making different kinds of candle sticks and learning how to make my own candles.
Orchid Pots
I am obsessed with making things, be it creating works of art, cooking, gardening, or making useful objects for things that bring me joy. In this case, making a pot for my most recent Orchid acquisition!
